Prior to your wedding date, you will receive a package from me with everything you will need to mail your bouquet to me. Included will be the following items:
​
❀ shipping box with peanuts which will hold your bouquet in place
❀ bio-degradeable Eco-fresh bouquet wrap
❀ plastic bag, rubber bands, tape and an ice pack
❀ printed step by step packing and shipping instructions with return address label

The shipping instructions are very important. To ensure your bouquet arrives in the best possible condition, please follow each step below. 

✿ After your wedding make sure your bouquet and flowers go back into a vase of water. Cut the stems so they will take up the water to revive them. Store them in a cool dry place away from ripening fruit which releases Ethylene gas which is not good for your flowers. Do not put them in a refrigerator because the flowers could freeze or get too cold.

 

✿ The first step is prepping your bouquet to fit in the box. If your bouquet is too tall to fit in the box, cut the stems shorter so the bouquet will fit in the box.

 

✿ Next is to provide moisture to your bouquet by wetting the bouquet wrap. Place the stems mid way down the wrap. Fold the point of the wrap over the stems and then continue wrapping the sides over. Secure it with a rubber band and then bag it with the biodegradable bag and secure that with a rubber band.

 

✿ Once you have secured the bag over the stems you are now ready to bag the entire bouquet. Using the large bag provided, gently insert your bouquet into the bag so the opening is at the top of your bouquet. Secure the top with a rubber band.

✿ Next step is to keep the bouquet cold by using the cold pack. Squeeze the pack until it pops, shake it and then tape it to the stems which are wrapped in the bigger plastic bag. Wrap the tape around the ice pack and stems to secure it in place.

✿ You are now ready to put the bouquet in the box. You have a water source, a way to keep it cool and a protective greenhouse environment over the flowers. Have some peanuts in the bottom of the box. Insert the bouquet in the center of the box. Add the peanuts around the bouquet to hold the bouquet in place. You may need to let some air out of the plastic bag to fit the bag gently into the box without crushing the flowers. You are now ready to tape up the box and ship it overnight to me. It is important that your bouquet goes out the day after your event.
